Account Executive - Mid-Market

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for mid-market GC, Owner, and EPC accounts
• Lead discovery conversations to connect platform capabilities to customer project outcomes and budget pressures
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations that simplify complex optimization concepts
• Identify and develop champions within target accounts to drive internal buy-in
• Navigate procurement processes efficiently within a high-velocity sales environment
• Collaborate with marketing on inbound leads and outbound sequences to maintain a healthy pipeline
• Provide feedback on product needs and customer insights to the broader team

Requirements

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with ACV in the $30K–$75K range
• Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
• Strong discovery and demo skills with the ability to connect product value to business outcomes
• Clear and confident communicator comfortable presenting to project executives and operations leaders
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX

• Background in construction technology, project management software, or related fields
