About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by leading and empowering account teams to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Execute account plans across the entire customer lifecycle to accelerate satisfaction and model executive engagements.
  • Partner with C-level executives and business decision-makers to establish alignment on long-term digital transformation goals.
  • Win against competition by establishing Microsoft as a market leader and maximizing customer spend, consumption, and adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional v-teams to deliver industry-relevant solutions in AI, Cloud, Copilot, and Security.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases and value proposition presentations to secure buy-in and generate new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience closing large, complex agreements and deals.
  • 6+ years of experience collaborating with and making recommendations to mid-to-senior level executives.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of industry experience (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Gaming) OR a Master's Degree and 12+ years of industry experience.
  • Proven experience developing and overseeing the execution of strategic territory and account plans.
  • Ability to build technical strategies and roadmaps while orchestrating teams to execute against them.
  • Strong knowledge of technical solutions including AI, cloud platforms, applications, security, and productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and orchestrating diverse virtual teams (v-teams).
