Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle in the Baltimore regional territory from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through cold outreach and networking
  • Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points and deliver customized proposals
  • Lead client presentations, discovery sessions, and proposal deliveries
  • Work cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, operations, and legal teams
  • Manage pipeline development and sales performance metrics in CRM
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B business development or sales
  • Experience selling to asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in greenfield territories
  • Strong understanding of P&L and creative deal structuring
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling within proptech or mobility industries
