About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales journey from initial account-level strategy and prospecting to final closing
- Handle formal proposals, pricing structures, and contract negotiations
- Lead customers through the transition from prospect to active user
- Execute high-volume omnichannel outreach via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person presentations
- Act as a primary point of contact and multifamily market expert for new customers
- Represent the company at industry events and travel for face-to-face meetings
- Collaborate with SDR and Customer Success teams to ensure lead quality and retention
Requirements
- 5+ years in a SaaS sales executive role
- Multifamily sales experience
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and Zoominfo
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Disciplined and adaptable self-starter
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
