Account Executive, MAVA

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner
• Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients
• Maintain and grow a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas
• Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
• Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through in-office presentations and discussions of product-related scientific information
• Organize external speaker programs and facilitate logistics
• Proactively collaborate with field teams to ensure an optimal Customer Experience (Cx)
• Gather and share relevant market insights internally to help BMS better serve customers
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies governing conduct

Requirements

• Proven scientific expertise and the ability to communicate complex medical information
• Experience in territory planning and account management
• Demonstrated success in HCP engagement and relationship building
• Strong knowledge of industry compliance and regulatory standards
• Ability to travel to visit customers and attend meetings as required
