Responsibilities
- Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing new accounts
- Consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets to ensure revenue growth
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and manage opportunities within Salesforce
- Act as a trusted advisor by developing deep expertise in automation strategies and industry trends
- Address all client and partner inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in early sales roles within fast-growing startups
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and closing 6-7-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Experience in both inbound and outbound selling
- Proven ability to build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting
- High level of comfort with data and using it for storytelling
- Ability to run compelling product demonstrations and handle tough objections
- Experience selling into the healthcare space (specifically Revenue Cycle, Finance, or Ops) is strongly preferred
