Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-level risk management team to design solutions including program design and pre/post-loss risk strategies
• Act as a strategic advisor for clients, ensuring overall satisfaction, relationship strength, and retention
• Drive the strategic planning process by evaluating exposure changes, business goals, and financial health
• Lead complex negotiations with carrier markets and present final recommendations to clients
• Manage account profitability, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
• Direct client onboarding activities, including documentation of expectations and system setup
• Establish and deliver key reporting metrics to provide clients with strategic highlights and summaries

Requirements

• 8-10 years of client services experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, including servicing and placement
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent industry experience
• Current Property and Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one immediately)
• Advanced knowledge of risk financing strategies and products (e.g., guarantee cost, loss sensitive, collateral)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial information and data
