Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new logo prospects through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Create and manage prospecting initiatives to generate new qualified opportunities
- Conduct high level qualifying conversations using a consultative approach
- Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and conduct sales presentations
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet quota requirements
- Navigate through complex negotiations at an executive level
- Build cross-departmental trusted relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales Hunter experience with a track record of quota success
- SaaS software sales experience
- Solutions Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or IT-related discipline
- Working knowledge of a sales methodology (e.g., Challenger, Miller Heiman, or Empire Selling)
- Ability to manage territory and pipeline within Salesforce
- Strong prospecting, qualification, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience
