Responsibilities

• Hunt and acquire new enterprise logos by identifying and closing deals with Thailand’s largest restaurant chains and corporate food businesses
• Pitch consultative solutions including POS, Inventory, Payment, and Data solutions to solve high-level business problems
• Lead seamless onboarding and adoption by overseeing initial setup and training to ensure client success
• Manage end-to-end complex deal cycles from cold outreach to contract signing and system rollout
• Guarantee first-time value by monitoring initial usage to confirm clients leverage the full potential of Merchant Digital Solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Onboarding teams to ensure solutions are delivered and installed on time

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, ideally in SaaS or Retail Tech
• Experience in software implementation or onboarding processes
• Strong project management skills to manage sales pipelines and onboarding status
• Ability to explain technical features and implementation timelines to non-technical business owners
• Resilience and executive presence for negotiating with C-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in POS or ERP system deployment
• Background in Training or Customer Success for technical products
