About the role

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and convert qualified leads generated by SDRs and inbound marketing campaigns
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of new customers across hospitality and retail sectors
  • Conduct effective discovery calls to understand prospect needs
  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from first contact through to activation and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead qualification and handover processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in German
  • Proven success managing the full 360° sales cycle
  • Experience in technology-related industries such as SaaS, cloud solutions, or POS systems
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience in outbound sales environments including cold calling and lead generation
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Experience in hospitality operations is a strong advantage
