About the role
Responsibilities
- Nurture and convert qualified leads generated by SDRs and inbound marketing campaigns
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of new customers across hospitality and retail sectors
- Conduct effective discovery calls to understand prospect needs
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from first contact through to activation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like Salesforce
- Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead qualification and handover processes
Requirements
- Fluency in German
- Proven success managing the full 360° sales cycle
- Experience in technology-related industries such as SaaS, cloud solutions, or POS systems
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in outbound sales environments including cold calling and lead generation
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Experience in hospitality operations is a strong advantage
