About the role
Responsibilities
- Convert prospects into customers through door-to-door, cold calling, and in-person presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead development, client meetings, and contract negotiation
- Visit customers regularly to identify business challenges and pain points
- Conduct in-person demonstrations of retail products
- Analyze and report on pipeline metrics to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Generate new business through networking events
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience in a field and outbound environment
- Experience in solution-sales or technology-related sales preferred
- Strong understanding of sales development best practices
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset
