Responsibilities
- Own strategic Life Sciences sales cycles including pipeline building, discovery, and negotiation
- Develop rigorous account strategy across pharma, biotech, and research organizations
- Translate scientific and technical needs into commercial opportunities
- Partner with the Field Team to shape pilots, technical scopes, and success criteria
- Provide market signals, customer needs, and competitive context to product and research teams
Requirements
- Experience owning and closing complex sales cycles with technical or scientific buyers
- Strong discovery and commercial judgment skills
- Ability to learn AI/ML and life sciences concepts quickly
- High agency and strong communication skills
- Comfort operating without a mature sales playbook
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI/ML, data platforms, or scientific software into life sciences
- Familiarity with computational biology, drug discovery, or clinical development workflows
- Experience as an early AE or founding GTM hire at a high-growth startup
- Experience with land-and-expand motions involving technical validation and pilots
