Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM initiatives with direct pipeline and revenue targets
  • Build, test, and scale outbound and growth motions from zero
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales across the full deal cycle
  • Turn product capabilities into sharp, differentiated positioning for senior legal decision-makers
  • Identify high-value use cases and build targeted campaigns
  • Run structured experiments across channels and segments
  • Own pipeline, conversion, and win-rate data to diagnose and fix issues
  • Help define and codify Legora's GTM playbook

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in GTM, growth, sales, or commercial roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • Verifiable track record of directly driving pipeline and revenue
  • Deep fluency in enterprise sales and multi-stakeholder dynamics
  • Ability to take GTM initiatives from whiteboard to measurable commercial impact
  • High ownership, urgency, and sharp commercial judgment
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and build structure
  • Strong communication skills for internal teams and senior external stakeholders
