Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GTM initiatives with direct pipeline and revenue targets
- Build, test, and scale outbound and growth motions from zero
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales across the full deal cycle
- Turn product capabilities into sharp, differentiated positioning for senior legal decision-makers
- Identify high-value use cases and build targeted campaigns
- Run structured experiments across channels and segments
- Own pipeline, conversion, and win-rate data to diagnose and fix issues
- Help define and codify Legora's GTM playbook
Requirements
- 4–8 years in GTM, growth, sales, or commercial roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Verifiable track record of directly driving pipeline and revenue
- Deep fluency in enterprise sales and multi-stakeholder dynamics
- Ability to take GTM initiatives from whiteboard to measurable commercial impact
- High ownership, urgency, and sharp commercial judgment
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and build structure
- Strong communication skills for internal teams and senior external stakeholders
