Account Executive Lead

Responsibilities

• Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design across U.S. commercial accounts
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Corporate AEs through recruiting and enablement
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and improve conversion metrics across all stages
• Define sales playbooks, sales motions, and objection frameworks tailored to voice AI use cases
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to align messaging and expansion motions
• Build feedback loops by gathering prospect insights to guide the product roadmap
• Own key strategic deals to lead by example and secure major logos

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience as a top performer
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record of scaling AE teams and surpassing revenue targets
• Experience selling technical, AI, or API solutions to senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and process best practices
• Ability to work within GMT-4 to GMT-7 timezones
