Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close restaurant groups, multi-unit operators, and growth-minded independents
  • Run consultative, demo-driven sales cycles that connect Lavu's marketing tools to each prospect's real revenue gaps
  • Work inbound leads from marketing campaigns alongside self-sourced outbound pipeline
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging and identify ICP patterns
  • Manage deals end-to-end in HubSpot and forecast accurately against quota
  • Close and hand off accounts to onboarding to ensure customer outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years closing SaaS or marketing tech
  • Experience selling into restaurants, hospitality, or SMB/multi-unit operators is a strong plus
  • Ability to sell on value and ROI rather than just features
  • Experience running a national pipeline with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex technology for business owners
