Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for SMB and mid-market restaurant accounts nationwide
• Consistently generate pipeline through outbound outreach and rapid follow-up on marketing-generated leads
• Conduct needs-based discovery to understand operational, financial, and technology requirements
• Deliver clear, outcome-focused demos of Lavu’s POS, payments, and AI capabilities
• Build business cases and handle pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and activity tracking in the CRM
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handoff and customer experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS or technology
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an inside sales environment
• Experience selling to SMBs
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and a structured sales process
• Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
• Organized, data-driven, and proficient with CRM and sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality tech experience
• HubSpot experience
