Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for SMB and mid-market restaurant accounts nationwide
- Consistently generate pipeline through outbound outreach and rapid follow-up on marketing-generated leads
- Conduct needs-based discovery to understand operational, financial, and technology requirements
- Deliver clear, outcome-focused demos of Lavu’s POS, payments, and AI capabilities
- Build business cases and handle pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and activity tracking in the CRM
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handoff and customer experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS or technology
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an inside sales environment
- Experience selling to SMBs
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and a structured sales process
- Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Organized, data-driven, and proficient with CRM and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Restaurant or hospitality tech experience
- HubSpot experience
