Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to customer success
- Navigate complex enterprise deals with IT leaders, security teams, and executives
- Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and customer success to design effective go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to the evolution of growth engines, including processes, content, and tools
- Build and nurture industry relationships to establish thought leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in complex enterprise sales and carrying a significant quota
- Proficiency in AI technologies, ideally with experience selling AI solutions
- Fluency in both English and German
- A builder mindset with the ability to develop new content and processes
- Deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the ability to align solutions with client needs
