About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow Lalamove's business by managing and expanding assigned corporate client accounts
- Understand client business models to provide personalized operational solutions using Lalamove products
- Manage and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively seek regular feedback from clients to improve service delivery
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track account movement and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field is strongly preferred
- 1+ years of successful sales or account management experience in any industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe software
- Willingness to work onsite in Parañaque (PITX)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide and receive information effectively
