Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling to drive revenue growth
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making
• Plan, execute, and evaluate retention programs to ensure client loyalty
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or a similar sales-focused role
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho
• Strong skills in data analytics tools and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a structured approach to articulating ideas
