Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Acquire Mid-Market new logo accounts within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities through various prospecting methods and lead cadence best practices
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of the KnowBe4 suite to improve customers' human firewalls
• Identify key decision makers, buying needs, and potential roadblocks to shorten sales cycles
• Strategically offer subscription levels and negotiate multi-year deals to increase ARR
• Maintain accurate and thorough daily sales records using Salesforce
• Collaborate with Channel sales representatives to close new logos through partner business channels

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses
• Fluency in German
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education
• Experience with Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision as a motivated self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry
