About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise-sized logo accounts within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead cadence best practices
  • Articulate the value proposition of the full KnowBe4 product suite to improve customers' human firewall
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying key decision-makers, overcoming roadblocks, and accurate forecasting
  • Strategically negotiate subscription levels and multi-year deals to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Maintain accurate and thorough daily sales records and statistics within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Channel sales representatives to close new logos through partner business channels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to enterprise-sized businesses
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision as a motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry
  • Experience using Salesforce for sales management
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • A stats-driven approach to business and sales performance
