Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle sales for Mid-Market-Enterprise Cuisine prospects across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Khobar, Jeddah, and Dammam
• Own the entire sales process from outbound prospecting and initial discussions to closing deals
• Arrange and lead meetings with potential partners to build interest and business value
• Consult with clients to understand their business priorities and demonstrate how Kitchen Park can stimulate their growth
• Participate in intensive product and sales training, including shadowing for the first 8 weeks

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a direct quota-carrying role
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Economics)
• Proven consultative selling skills with exceptional closing abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via phone
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a growth mindset
• Ability to work onsite in our Riyadh office five days a week
