About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities within car dealership and collision center segments in Texas
- Use industry relationships to establish Kinetic as a premier ADAS calibration partner
- Conduct on-site demonstrations highlighting speed, reliability, and precision
- Manage full-cycle sales pipeline from cold outreach to contract signing
- Represent Kinetic at local industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience
- Proven track record in a hunter-style sales role
- Deep familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets
- Ability to discuss technical automotive technology features and benefits
- Strong strategic communication and ROI-driven business case development
