Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of wholesale accounts across the APAC region, focusing on Japanese partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key retail partners
• Partner with the Head of APAC to execute seasonal sales strategies and achieve regional goals
• Assist in seasonal market appointments, including sample management and showroom support
• Enter, manage, and reconcile seasonal orders ensuring accuracy
• Monitor order status throughout the production and delivery lifecycle
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Logistics, and Finance for successful fulfillment
• Prepare weekly and seasonal sales reports, account recaps, and sell-through analysis
• Analyze sales trends and customer performance to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of experience in luxury fashion wholesale or account management
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) is required
• Experience supporting international wholesale accounts, preferably in APAC
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting sales data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Experience with Japanese department stores or luxury wholesale partners
