Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses
• Build a reputation and network in the small business community
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Evangelize the Justworks product to the small business market
• Become an expert in outsourced HR solutions

Requirements

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Self-motivated with the ability to prospect, meet, and manage clients
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to communicate complicated topics clearly and concisely
• Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Experience working with local businesses
