Responsibilities
- Manage and close inbound pipeline from free trials and demo forms
- Target core customer groups including in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies
- Execute short deal cycles (2-3 weeks)
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within an existing customer base of 2,000+ companies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Experience closing ACVs between $10K and $50K
- Proven track record of exceeding quota (e.g., President's Club, Top 10%, or MVP)
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Head of TA, VP People, or HR leadership
- Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) models
- Experience working within a small GTM team of fewer than 5 people
Benefits
- Base salary between $90,000 and $125,000
