Responsibilities

  • Manage and close inbound pipeline from free trials and demo forms
  • Target core customer groups including in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies
  • Execute short deal cycles (2-3 weeks)
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities within an existing customer base of 2,000+ companies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience closing ACVs between $10K and $50K
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota (e.g., President's Club, Top 10%, or MVP)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Head of TA, VP People, or HR leadership
  • Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) models
  • Experience working within a small GTM team of fewer than 5 people

Benefits

  • Base salary between $90,000 and $125,000
