Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to demos and closing
- Target Saudi recruitment agencies and corporate clients
- Deliver tailored demos showcasing ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client handoffs
- Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning
- Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs including conversion, win rate, and ARR
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Consultative and resourceful approach to sales
