About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing sales prospects
- Maintain the current book of business by establishing relationships with client product managers and decision makers
- Grow market share and recognition within the asset owner, investment management, and hedge fund communities
- Continuously assess market opportunities and define sales plans for the territory
- Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting
- Work closely with Product and Marketing managers to define services and marketing plans
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Record all client contacts and activity information in the firm's CRM system
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in institutional sales
- Deep knowledge of Investment Stewardship and Responsible Investment
- Understanding of market infrastructure and regulatory drivers including SRD2, EU Taxonomy, and SFDR
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Highly systematic, organized, and prioritized approach to sales efforts
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in English; fluency in other languages such as French is a plus
