Responsibilities
- Own territory and build high-value partnerships with major sports stadiums, e-commerce brands, universities, and AI companies
- Drive aggressive outbound prospecting through cold calls, targeted sequences, and creative outreach
- Deliver compelling, tailored presentations to executives and key decision makers
- Use a consultative sales approach to position Instawork against legacy staffing solutions
- Close new business via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Negotiate commercial and legal terms to finalize deals
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and manage a healthy Salesforce pipeline
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator
- Strong negotiation skills regarding commercial and legal terms
- Exceptional communication skills for phone, video, and in-person interactions
- Experience selling into hospitality or warehousing brands is a plus
