Responsibilities

  • Own territory and build high-value partnerships with major sports stadiums, e-commerce brands, universities, and AI companies
  • Drive aggressive outbound prospecting through cold calls, targeted sequences, and creative outreach
  • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations to executives and key decision makers
  • Use a consultative sales approach to position Instawork against legacy staffing solutions
  • Close new business via phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Negotiate commercial and legal terms to finalize deals
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and manage a healthy Salesforce pipeline

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator
  • Strong negotiation skills regarding commercial and legal terms
  • Exceptional communication skills for phone, video, and in-person interactions
  • Experience selling into hospitality or warehousing brands is a plus
