Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day support team member for 3-4 client accounts
• Execute client program activities including research, media monitoring, and relationship building
• Draft client documents such as press releases, Q&As, fact sheets, and social media posts
• Manage project logistics, timetables, and deadlines with moderate supervision
• Coordinate with company partners, vendors, and specialty teams to meet client needs
• Participate in new business brainstorms and assist in developing RFP responses
• Mentor and provide direction to interns and Assistant Account Executives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a health/science related field
• 2-5 years of professional communications experience
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare communications (public or private sector)
• Experience with social and traditional media
