About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel for inbound SME and Growth clients, from initial lead response to successful onboarding and volume ramp-up.
- Qualify prospects by deeply understanding Airwallex’s product suite and delivering value-based pitches that solve specific customer pain points.
- Maintain high velocity by managing high lead volumes through disciplined daily follow-up cadences and optimized workflows.
- Ensure high operational discipline by maintaining accurate data hygiene and managing pipelines within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Operations, and Marketing/Partnership stakeholders to improve top-of-funnel lead quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Proficiency with sales tooling, specifically Salesforce and Outreach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information for customers.
- A bias for action and a natural sense of urgency to drive client activation.
