About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of 10-15 financial institution clients, conducting quarterly in-person business reviews and discovery sessions.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within the Vericast solution portfolio.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles to uncover client needs, develop business cases, and recommend integrated solution strategies.
  • Collaborate with strategy, product, and analytics teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms while managing renewals and resolving client issues.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and disciplined forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven experience selling to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder consultative sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling integrated solutions such as digital media, direct mail, analytics, or contact center services.
  • Background working within financial services, marketing, media, data, or technology organizations.
  • Strong ability to use data and market insights to create compelling client visions and value stories.
