About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a territory of 10-15 financial institution clients with quarterly in-person business reviews
- Achieve sales targets through account retention and growth activities
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across the solution portfolio
- Lead consultative client conversations to uncover business needs and develop solution strategies
- Collaborate with strategy, product, analytics, and delivery teams to develop integrated proposals
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms while managing renewals
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecast discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role
- 1–3 years of proficiency in integrated multi-channel marketing, media, and digital advertising
- Experience selling into banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions preferred
- Proven success leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to use data and insights to create compelling client visions
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement
