About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of 10-15 financial institution clients, conducting quarterly in-person business reviews and discovery sessions.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within the Vericast solution portfolio.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles to uncover client needs, develop business cases, and recommend integrated solution strategies.
  • Collaborate with strategy, product, and analytics teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms while managing renewals and resolving sales-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and disciplined forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven experience leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling specifically to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Background in selling integrated solutions such as digital media, direct mail, analytics, or fintech technology.
  • Experience working within financial services, marketing, media, or data-driven organizations.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $98,000 to $113,600.
  • Eligibility for a sales incentive and commission program.
