About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a territory of 10-15 financial institution clients, conducting quarterly in-person business reviews and discovery sessions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within the Vericast solution portfolio.
- Lead consultative sales cycles to uncover client needs, develop business cases, and recommend integrated solution strategies.
- Collaborate with strategy, product, and analytics teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms while managing renewals and resolving sales-related issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and rigorous forecast discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role with a proven track record of achieving revenue objectives.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder consultative sales cycles.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for executive-level engagement.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement and relationship building.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling specifically to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
- Background in selling integrated solutions such as digital media, direct mail, analytics, or fintech technology.
- Experience working within financial services, marketing, media, or data-driven organizations.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($98,000 - $113,600).
- Eligibility for a sales incentive and commission program.
