Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings and research
• Conduct consistent daily cold-calling and outreach to prospective clients for lead generation
• Manage and cultivate existing business using a full suite of broadcast and digital marketing products
• Collaborate with internal partners to create effective, data-driven multi-platform marketing campaigns
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to meet client expectations and drive revenue

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred)
• Proven experience in cold-calling and new business development
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital or media sales
• Background in audio advertising or managing complex multi-platform campaigns
• Experience working with data analytics
• Strong local connections within the Colorado Springs market
