Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and in-person client meetings
• Conduct consistent daily cold-calling to generate leads and expand the client base
• Cultivate existing business using iHeartMedia's full suite of broadcast and digital marketing products
• Collaborate with internal partners to create effective, data-driven marketing campaigns
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and use storytelling to meet client expectations

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred)
• Proven experience with cold-calling and proactive lead generation
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital or media sales
• Background in audio advertising or managing multi-platform campaigns
• Experience working with data analytics to drive sales results
• Strong connections within the local market
