About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and new account relationships
- Achieve growth objectives through prospecting and lead management with Mid-Tier and Fortune 1000 companies
- Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling core competencies
- Establish and maintain manufacturer and partner relationships for joint sales opportunities
- Implement ongoing account management plans leveraging specialized resources
- Provide monthly forecasts and quarterly reviews for the assigned territory
- Travel up to 30% within the local territory and occasionally via air travel
Requirements
- Proven success selling to Managed Accounts at Director, VP, or CXO levels
- Minimum 3+ years of experience selling technology services (data center, cloud, collaboration, network infrastructure, wireless, or security)
- Demonstrated experience in Networking, Wireless, Security, Collaboration, or Cloud
- Strong ability to qualify leads, engage new markets, and close new accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to leverage subject matter experts to accelerate the sales process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI Solutions and Services
- VAR, systems integrator, or direct OEM/software company sales experience
- Knowledge of e-business solutions environment
- BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering
