About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end account strategies for enterprise accounts to drive portfolio-wide outcomes.
- Expand share-of-wallet in retain and development accounts while managing account-level profitability.
- Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services.
- Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with C-level and key Business/IT executives.
- Identify customer strategic initiatives and align them with HP offerings to build outcome-based business cases.
- Manage pipeline growth, ensure customer retention, and coordinate internal resources to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of industry sales experience.
- Proven success in strategic account management and building C-level relationships.
- Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, and end-to-end P&L management.
- Business fluency in German and fluency in English.
- Proficiency in digital and remote selling techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading account teams on both local and global scales.
- Strong understanding of the modern IT services ecosystem.
- Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, specifically AI, to enhance sales performance and productivity.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
