Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end account strategies for enterprise accounts to drive portfolio-wide outcomes.
• Expand share-of-wallet in retain and development accounts while managing account-level profitability.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services.
• Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with C-level and key Business/IT executives.
• Identify customer strategic initiatives and align them with HP offerings to build outcome-based business cases.
• Manage pipeline growth, ensure customer retention, and coordinate internal resources to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of industry sales experience.
• Proven success in strategic account management and building C-level relationships.
• Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, and end-to-end P&L management.
• Business fluency in German and fluency in English.
• Proficiency in digital and remote selling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading account teams on both local and global scales.
• Strong understanding of the modern IT services ecosystem.
• Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, specifically AI, to enhance sales performance and productivity.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
