Responsibilities

  • Own and close new business opportunities in the German market
  • Build and manage pipeline in partnership with SDRs and marketing
  • Run discovery, demos, and tailored solution presentations
  • Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX
  • Consistently hit and exceed ARR targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline (Salesforce)
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership
  • Strong track record of closing new business
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
  • Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and forecasting
  • Fluent German and English
