About the role
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline development and progress opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Achieve pipeline and revenue targets across strategic accounts
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients as a trusted advisor
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering
- Educate customers on the value of the platform for carriers and insureds
- Collaborate with the Customer team to support adoption and client outcomes
- Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline and sales activities in Salesforce
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role
- Experience with long sales cycles and enterprise clients
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% to 20%
