Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of live Retail Media campaigns from contract sign-off to post-campaign reporting
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Distribution Centres, procurement, logistics, and global operations teams
• Handle inbound campaign requests and translate briefs into bookings
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing advertiser and agency accounts
• Compile post-campaign reports and track performance against KPIs
• Maintain accuracy of campaign and client data within HubSpot CRM
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, ad operations, or account management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in client-facing roles managing brand or agency contacts
• Analytical foundation with ability to work with data and compile summaries
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce (CPG/FMCG), Retail Media, or Digital Advertising
• Familiarity with logistics for physical sampling or warehouse-based campaign delivery
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Understanding of the UK Retail Media landscape
