About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers during client meetings as required
- Maintain direct contact with clients in coordination with team leaders or Client Advocates
- Keep Account Managers informed regarding margins and revenue required to deliver agreed services
- Implement and maintain compliance systems in accordance with the Willis Excellence Model
- Maintain active relationships with placement teams
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and referral opportunities within the client base
- Prepare service agreements, including renewal documents, follow-up reports, and client feedback reports
Requirements
- Technical, Technological, or University degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven skills in cross-selling and referral sales
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Experience applying compliance standards within customer service teams
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
