Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from end to end, including discovery calls, demos, pilots, negotiation, and closing
• Multi-thread opportunities to cultivate champions and engage key decision makers
• Relay customer feedback and needs to the product team to help drive the product roadmap
• Forecast sales activity with accuracy to ensure focus on the right opportunities
• Identify and communicate ways to improve internal sales processes and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience holding a new business quota with a track record of excellence
• Background in SaaS or data-focused companies
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to learn software products quickly
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to diverse stakeholders, including engineers and data scientists
• Ability to work in person most days of the week at our office in Flatiron, NYC
• A resourceful, "get shit done" mentality and comfort with ambiguity
