About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business revenue and growth across assigned accounts or territories
- Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to close
- Identify and map stakeholders within organizations to understand opportunity scope
- Build credibility with prospects by presenting needs-based solutions
- Execute outbound prospecting activity alongside managing inbound opportunities
- Track sales activity and forecast revenue using Salesforce
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS or subscription/licensing sales
- Proven track record closing business in large, complex corporate accounts
- Proficiency with MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and forecasting management
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Ability to conduct outbound prospecting to grow sales pipeline
