About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a named book of the world’s most creatively-intensive large accounts across entertainment, gaming, technology, and consumer brands
  • Drive net revenue retention and expansion targets within your assigned portfolio
  • Build and advance executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, including Chief Creative Officers, CTOs, and CMOs
  • Develop multi-year account plans that map organizational creative priorities to Figma Weave’s capabilities
  • Drive organizational change by identifying internal champions and gaining executive sponsorship for large-scale deployments
  • Partner with Customer Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure customers realize measurable value and unlock new use cases
  • Act as a strategic voice back to Figma, influencing the product roadmap based on insights from high-level creative organizations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts at a global level
  • Proven track record of exceeding net revenue retention and expansion targets
  • Demonstrated experience building C-suite and VP-level relationships within complex organizations
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles (6+ months) involving 6 or 7-figure deals
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect creative workflows to measurable business outcomes
  • Consultative, value-based selling approach using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or Command of the Message)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into creatively-intensive industries such as advertising, gaming, or film
  • Familiarity with AI-native workflows, creative tooling, or large-scale content production
  • Ability to successfully sell a new, emerging product category to sophisticated buyers
  • Certifications in strategic account management or deal qualification frameworks
