Responsibilities

  • Strategize, set, and achieve sales goals through merchandising objectives
  • Educate and train customers on Green Thumb brands and product lines
  • Maintain awareness of market behavior, industry trends, and competition
  • Develop pipelines and innovative strategies to increase market opportunities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensaries and business partners
  • Utilize CRM systems to track client activity, orders, and information
  • Manage order fulfillment deadlines and expectations with internal teams and customers
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote company products

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience or cannabis industry experience
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Reliable transportation for 100% travel within the designated territory
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to pass required background checks and state badging agency approval
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
