About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategize, set, and achieve sales goals through merchandising objectives
- Educate and train customers on Green Thumb brands and product lines
- Maintain awareness of market behavior, industry trends, and competition
- Develop pipelines and innovative strategies to increase market opportunities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensaries and business partners
- Utilize CRM systems to track client activity, orders, and information
- Manage order fulfillment deadlines and expectations with internal teams and customers
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote company products
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience or cannabis industry experience
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Reliable transportation for 100% travel within the designated territory
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to pass required background checks and state badging agency approval
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's Degree
