About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategize, set, and achieve sales goals through merchandising objectives
- Educate, engage, and train customers on Green Thumb brands and product lines
- Maintain awareness of market behavior, industry trends, and competition
- Develop pipeline, targets, and innovative strategies to increase market opportunities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensaries and business partners
- Proactively manage weekly schedules to hit sales quotas
- Utilize CRM systems to track client activity and orders
- Follow all sales protocols and SOPs regarding state regulations
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (retail preferred) or cannabis industry experience
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to pass required background checks and state badging agency approval
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
