Responsibilities

  • Strategize, set, and achieve sales goals through merchandising objectives
  • Educate, engage, and train customers on Green Thumb brands and product lines
  • Maintain awareness of market behavior, industry trends, and competition
  • Develop pipeline, targets, and innovative strategies to increase market opportunities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensaries and business partners
  • Proactively manage weekly schedules to hit sales quotas
  • Utilize CRM systems to track client activity and orders
  • Follow all sales protocols and SOPs regarding state regulations
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (retail preferred) or cannabis industry experience
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass required background checks and state badging agency approval
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
