Responsibilities

  • Own government revenue targets and drive sustainable ARR growth within public sector accounts
  • Identify and shape opportunities early, before formal RFP issuance
  • Lead full sales cycles end-to-end including stakeholder mapping, discovery, and contract closure
  • Navigate Etimad and formal procurement processes
  • Lead and coordinate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate measurable impact
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of strategic government clients
  • Manage pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy

Requirements

  • Saudi national
  • 4+ years of experience in government or public sector technology sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals with government entities
  • Deep understanding of Etimad, RFP cycles, and compliance documentation
  • Experience working within B2B SaaS environments
  • Ability to communicate complex AI solutions effectively
  • Strong coordination skills with technical and delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in analytics, CX platforms, AI, or social listening solutions
