Responsibilities
- Create pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns and inbound flows
- Lead discovery, product demos, solution mapping, and pricing for SaaS subscriptions
- Navigate procurement processes including FAR-driven vendor setups and security questionnaires
- Close new logos and drive expansion through upsells
- Build repeatable sales playbooks, sequences, and CRM instrumentation
- Support customer onboarding for the first 60 days to ensure activation
Requirements
- 2-4 years of quota-carrying success in SMB/mid-market SaaS
- Experience closing deals with $30k-$100k ACV
- Proficiency in both cold outreach and warm referral management
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives
- U.S. citizenship required to discuss export-restricted workflows
- Ability to work in person in New York City or DC five days a week
- Willingness to travel up to twice a month
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GovCon, public sector, or regulated industries
